I am 50+ and started adding daily swimming to my LC lifestyle about 4 weeks ago, but now am getting painful cramps in calves and thighs almost every time I swim. Do I need some supplements? (I am careful to perform stretching before the swim).:help:

Something I take after exercising is l'glutamine. It helped me a lot with muscle soreness and cramps as well as drinking lots of water and taking potassium. L'glutamine also helps with cravings which is a nice side effect ;~)

Good luck, Julie

Thanks Julie. Does Potassium come in tablet form or liquid? How much do you take of it and the L'glut?
