Hi,I'm a newbie on this site & I want to share a dessert recipe that helped me with my sweettooth.

2 pts.whipping cream--whipped till thick & creamy
1 pkg.sugar free pudding,any flavor.

Whip together till thick then refrigerate.

You can nibble on this as often as you like to satisfy your sweet craving.

I sometimes will eat a cup or so at a time.

Just be sure to count the carbs in the pudding which is mostly starch. And observe the 'serving size' on the label. Glad you found something that you like even it's not for Induction.
