hey im new to the forum and just started the low carb diet yesterday so far so good no other diets diet pills , etc have ever worked hope this does any suggestions :q:

My biggest suggestion is to stick to it!!! Read up on low carb and get as much info as you can to help you along. This forum is a great place for support, ideas, recipes, and the people on here can provide a wealth of information!

First, welcome to the group. Second, here are just a few pointers: Eat AT LEAST three cups of vegetables a day. Raw ones are best AND avoid sugary ones. Drink enough water, eat enough protein, move your body and avoid low carb subsititutions. Eat when you are hungry...this diet is not about starving yourself. You might feel crappy the first few days. Then around the third or fourth day you might suddenly feel great. Don't fall off the wagon in the first place, but if you do, pick it up the very next meal..........plan ahead and pack your own meals, snacks, etc.

Welcome, Monkey1 ~ You've found a great package of forums here. Just about anything you want to know about low-carbing--not only as a diet, but as a lifestyle.
