hi everyone,

i have never tried a low carbo diet, and am not really sure how to go about starting one. i am a vegetarian, though i do eat dairy pdts? anyone in the same boat as me? :wave:

There is a Vegetarian Forum here too. You can find it on main page where it lists all the different boards.
