Hi,
I have been low carbing for a few months now, and have got some great ideas from your forum. Just wanted to say Hello, and thank you. I am happier than I have been in a long time, actually into pre-motherhood clothing again. I had all but given up on that...Thanks, and I will be checking in from time to time.
