Hi,
Just started low carbing 2 weeks ago--am starting to lose the cravings!

Welcome potlib!

There are lots of people here following the Somers plan. You can use the search function to find some threads... Another great way to meet others is to drop by their journals to ask questions and see where they're getting information.
