I'll have to do some research and find out. I don't know if either contain any sugar and they aren't in my carb counter. I'll let you know what I find out.

I used them and did not have any problems, just use them in moderation. Actually, I know for sure cinnamon is okay, it is used in the induction level french toast recipe posted in the kitchen forum.
