Just wanted to say hello. I was looking online for some kind of message board/support place for low carb diets, and found this place.

In my opinion, you have found the right place. This place is so full of support, good advice and information, and great recipes. Take a look around.

Also, I'd start a journal and open an account with fitday.com. Those 2 things have helped me tremendously.
