I'm eating when I'm hungry and usually having something extra at nite. Last nite it was an egg and home made protien bar, yet I've still been waking up at four am with my darn tummy growling!

Breakfast is around six fifteen and is usually 2-3 eggs with five slices of bacon!!

What gives?

I've had this happen to me as well....

What time are you eating your last meal at? You may want to try eating it a bit later if you're waking up every night at 4am!

I've found that a couple of things work for me. Drinking a (small) glass of water right before bed or a protein shake. If I do wake up in the middle of the night with growling I'll sometimes drink some water then. Stomach usually quiets down right away.
