hi all, im three days in and going well, no difference yet.......but i have my fingers crossed , looking forward to the two weeks induction phase to end to see results..........any input is welcome, nice to meetya's

Hi Sweetzap! Although you will probably see some quick results with Atkins induction, the real rewards come slower and with time! Welcome aboard.

thanks everyone, i didnt weigh myself, im quick to obsess so i dont need a new reason, but i do FEEEEEEEEEEL better, i think that is most important...........i did eat few noodles with crawfish and alfredo........o the GUILT........:(

welcome and good luck with low carbing .
an good idea is to get a journal (top of page for introduce yourself on a sticky ) people can look at your journal and give oyu feedback and you meet loads of people that way to .
people are very supportive and will help you along in this journey .good luck:)
