This is the first time I have tried to put anything on a board before. Let's see if this works. I will start 6/1 on Atkins--Need all of the help I can get. I have to loose as much as I can before Christmas trying to donate a kidney to my mom and they will not do it at my present weight--plus insulin resistant and higher blood sugar levels on last blood tests.
