My name is Demaris and I have been working the Atkins plan since July 2003. All has gone well so far and I've lost about 56 lbs but things sure have slowed down. I seem to be losing about a pound a month now. I know that is better than gaining but I guess I'm looking for the weight to drop like it did in the beginning and am getting a little discouraged. Thought I might look for some new receipes and support. I'm 57 years old and now down to 154. My goal is 135.
