Thought I would pop in here and introduce myself. I've lurked on this board FOREVER, but I am in the need of group help, and what better place to get it?
I'm from Florida, been overweight pretty much all of my life. You know the story, lose a little, gain a lot!

Thank you all for the warm welcome. I'm 52 yrs old and believe me, I've got to do it now or it won't be done!
