Hi All,
I just wanted to say Hi. Myself and my husband are starting the low carb way of eating and we desperately need some tips to help us. This site looks excellent to me and I'm looking forward to sharing ideas with other people. Any induction recipes would be greatly appreciated.

Thankyou for the welcome. I am from England but moved to the US in Jan of this year due to the fact that my husband is a US Marine.
