Hi I justed started the low carb diet. I need some recipes for meals all I eat is salad and meat , Could someone tell me how many carbs there are in a wheat small tortillas shell , or where I can get wrapes for meat I like the ones at subway. Thank Digie onebad33~alltel.net

the LaTortilla Factory has a low carb whole wheat tortilla and it is 3 net carbs.

I know Kroger has low-carb wraps. Their large ones (may be the same ones Mischa is referring to) have about 5g of carbs, and their small ones have 3g. There are regular flavor, green onion flavor & another one that I forget. Good luck!
