Hi everyone
IŽm about to take the next step towards my BF goal (Single digits bt mid summer)
IŽll be needing all the support and guidance I can get, so all comments will be highly appreciated.
I begun exercising and dieting last december at 169 pounds and 23% BF.
IŽm currently stuck at 165 pounds and 16 % BF.
IŽll be starting a CKD next monday as a part of a plan to get me to 9% BF by first of August.
IŽll be happy to share the progression of this plan with anybody that may be interested.
