Hi, I've just joined too! I'm trying low carb 40 to 50grams per day. :) How many carbs do you have on Atkins. I've not read the book.

Yeah the mini goals keep me motivated. Just 10 pounds at a time and before you know it, your at goal.

You've lost 86 pounds! How long have you been dieting? Are you counting carb grams?

I've been doing Atkins since Nov 3, 2003 so almost 6 months now. I stay under 30g's.
I exercise too, which is of big help. :)

I have been doing induction now for 4 days, and I am getting so bored with my food. Has anyone got some really good recipes for very low carbs? Any help would be appreciated.
