;) Started Atkins again, after going off for a while. Had lost 20lbs., gained back five while on holiday. Lost 4 lbs. so far this week. Have a lot of weight to lose - sometimes seems overwhelming!

I know it seems intimidating at first, but just take it pound by pound. Maybe you could set up some minigoals for yourself to achieve and take it like that.
