Hi, All!

I have been a little nervous to post but everyone seems so warm and open that I wanted to introduce myself to all of you so I can join in your wonderful mutual support and conversation.

I started my LC lifestyle 3 weeks ago and have had a discouraging start. From reading posts though, I think I've been packing in too much protein. I've altered over the last couple of days so I hope I'm on my way to getting fit. I'm not giving up -- just gonna tweak it until it starts to work. If it has worked for so many, why can't it work for me, right?

I look forward to getting to know some of you.
