I am 29, weigh a 150 pounds and live in Toronto, Canada. I am starting the Somersize program today and would like to lost about 30 pounds.

I am in between jobs right now so any advice on how to prepare low card meals at a low price would be appreciated.

Check out the recipes section of this site. They have alot of really great ideas. Also the Atkins site has recipes too. Mainly though, I just stick to grilled meat and salad. It is easy and tastes good.
