Hello, Cyril here. Haven't had much luck with diets, but thought I'd give this one a go. Seems to be popular of late. Two weeks into it, have lost a couple of pounds.

great job so far . it looks like to b=me that you are doing awesome . you picked the best forum to join . there is so much support and friendly people here . you might want to start a journal so that people can give you suggestings ans support and it might be helpful to you . there are directions to do this in the introduction forum . on a sticky. good luck with this wol . i know you are going to do great.

Hey, thanks. I've been away, first time back to look at the board. Didn't expect so many responses
