Hello to all!

I have lurked around for a little while and have finally decided to plunge in headfirst. Started Atkins today, again! First time I lost about 30 pounds..........then..........well..................I am going to do better this time!

I have alot to read and look into still. Hope to get a chance to meet lots of you!
