Smoogle, I can't really help you because I live in Vancouver and walk to my gym (at 6:30 am) but I just wanted to say howdy.
I belong to Fitness World, and can recommend them as a gym. My daughter works out at BCIT, but she goes there.
Remember, the best workout pal is that lady in the mirror!
