Bake the tortilla until it begins to crisp, take it out and put a few thin slices of brie on it, sprinkle cooked bacon bits over top and then a liberal amount of chopped scallion.
Broil until melty.
You can also put on a small amount of lc jam with the brie instead of the bacon, or some ham chunks.
Portionwise, this morning I had half a small tortilla for breakfast with .5 oz each brie and bacon, nutrition came to:
156 cals
Fat:12g,
Carbs:6g
Fiber:4g
Protein:9
I didn't subtract fiber from the tortilla.
