Hi. New here. I just started Atkins and was wondering if anyone else is in a similar boat? I had my stomach stapled in May of last year and have lost 111 pounds. I've stalled at about 239-237 though, so I thought I would start Atkins to kind of give myself a jump start. I want to weigh about 155-160.

I still can't eat chicken, not at all, it makes me sick. Also I can't eat any meat that is too dry or too tough. I tried marinating a steak but can only eat about 3-4 bites of it before I'm done. Meat is very hard for me to deal with.

Does anyone have any ideas or tips about low carbing it after bariatric surgery? Any suggestion would be welcomed. Thanks :D
