Hey everyone!

I am a low-carb failure. I've tried it two times in the last two months and always end up getting off it after the first week. I weigh 160 now (5'4'' and female), and want to lose weight for Spring break, March 20. My goal is to ultimiately get down to 130 or 140. How much weight should I expect to lose in a month? I'm trying hard to stay on it up until (and after) Spring Break!

Does anyone have a similar goal who wants to buddy up?
