Hi, My name is Robin. I was so excited to see the welcome I got. Thanks for answering me. It felt great to know there are others out there.
I have a question. I bought Atkin's Accel. Has anyone used it and what are your comments. I just wonder if it worth taking.

It is not to be used until you are out of the induction phase and it contains caffiene. I used it for a while but found that it didn't do much more than a cup of coffee.
