I have gone off and on LC many times, and always lost weight. But this time it is more my health than my vanity. I appreciate this communtiy being here to help and I look forward to meeting everyone.

Hi Kathy! Welcome back on the wagon, and to this forum! I haven't been here long (a few weeks) but, this has been a very encouraging place for me. I think it has helped me be able to stick with induction. I have learned so much, from the other LC'ers that I don't think is in any book. Great to have you here!
