Hi everyone,
I've decided to try the South Beach Diet, I've been on Atkins for the past 5 weeks. My question is what do I use to lighten my coffee. I'm diabetic and cannot use creamer. On Atkins I used heavy cream.
I don't think skim milk is an option for me. I saw in the book that you can have can milk, is this an option?
I plan on starting the SB diet Monday. I have too much cream and cheese to throw away.
