Hello,

I'm new to the forum. I've been searching to get an idea of the carb count for fried chicken. Ideally, if anyone is aware of the tremendously popular Pollo Campero restaurants springing up everywhere, I'm guessing that their chicken is very lightly dusted with cornmeal (powder). And am curious if anyone could offer a relatively accurate carb count.
