Is chicken skin one of the good fats?Is it allowed on this plan,say when it is crunchy?I know what fats are good and which ones are bad-but not chicken skin fat.Big thanks.:cool:

All fats, aside from hydrogenated fats (as in margarine) are allowed on low-carb, unless you're allergic or otherwise sensitive to them, or if you just don't like them, of course. Meat/poultry fats are fine.

carb calculator on site read-(-2.71835g.)The minus is confusing me.Does it have 2.7 carb per oz.?
