I have just moved to Canada for work after managing to complete the 2 week induction back home and then of course giving up with the stress of moving etc.
I am just about to start on the Atkins plan again and was reading through the boards - it answered a lot of questions my doctor could not when I started - and still didn't know!
Just one quick question - What is TOM? I know - its probably really obvious!!!!
