Hello everyone...

Well I started my low carb diet (again) on 1/5/04 as well as my exersize and running routeen. I have been posting my progress and other information on my blog if you are interested its http://www.burm.net

So far its been going really well.. I manged to get my self up to a mile run so far which is a pretty big accomplishment considering I am not a runner/jogger and am out of shape.

I am hoping to get down to the 200 lb level. I am 6ft tall and currently weigh about 266? I have dropped about 8 lbs so far since 1/5/04 and hoping to drop a lot more!

I want to be able to run my first 5k with in the next 3 months. That is my 1st goal for my exersize. I would like to get down to a 8:00 Mile average with in that time period.
