Hey everyone,

This is my first time trying Atkins and this is my first day. I survived through it so far. At about 2:30 today I was craving sweets but I was at work and just drank a glass of water.

I am trying to be optimistic about this and hope to lose my weight that I have been climbing up since the birth of my last child (11 years ago). I have 31 pounds to lose and hopeful Atkins will help me.

For breakfast this morning I had:

1 slice of ham
1 slice of hard cheddar cheese

For Lunch:

1 can of chicken breast
1 slice of cheddar cheese

For supper:

I had two hamburger patties
A fried egg
a small toss salad (just lettuce)
1 tbsp of salad dressing

Have I done okay or have I over done it. I feel like I maybe ate too much? Anyone?

Start weight : 171pds
Goal Weight : 130pds

just keep coming back support -- everyone needs it -- water does help when it comes to craving chocolate!!
