Hello!

My name is Maria Perez and I am from Guam.

I have just started this "low carb" diet July 29 and have only lost six pounds. Not much of a loss, but a good start.

Aren't you thrilled to have lost six pounds. That's 1/2 lb. a day! Doesn't it seem miraculous to you?
