Hi there,
Saw this wonderful program on the food channel yesterday regarding support networks for LC eaters. Thought I'd give this a whirl! I fell off the Adkins wagon BIG TIME BAD back in October. Gained back all the weight I lost. I really need a kick in the pants to get back to thinking clearly about this WOL and to also motivate me to go back to the club and work out. Thanks for offering this forum - what a cool idea.
