Hi All,
I'm reporting in to tell you that my husband (less so than me) and I are starting this WOE today. We already eat much like this, but allow those foods not allowed on Atkins (did that make sense?) Anyway, I'm excited to have such a supportive group and look forward to all I can learn here.

Hi and welcome to the forum http://users.adelphia.net/~ecountz/welcome.gif I was the same way, it didn’t take much adjustment to get into the Atkins WOE. I only wish I had discovered this diet a few years ago.
