4beans4me,

I'm lazy and usually use frozen spinach. DO you think I can use it if I squeesh most of the water out or do you think there will be too much moisture?

Barb

PS - Made your pumpkin squares today. They are WONDERFUL! :yum: This is the first day I've really over eaten since I started this woe. (All pumpkin square related.) They are so good, especially with whipped cream on top. They are definitely on the Thanksgiving menu now. I'll have so many people to share them with that I won't be able to overdo then.

Oh wow I'm gonna try this! I've been dreaming about latkes for months now!

BTW: Do you think it would work if I cut it with grated turnip???

Add a little chopped shrimp in there for variety -- very tasty!

I must have done somthing VERY wrong cause it came out awful. Could it be that I used Safflower oil instead of olive oil? I did'nt think it would make a difference but now Im wondering..
Thanks

Angel
