Hi, I have been following Atkins since October 1 of this year. I have been browsing this forum for most of that time picking up tips and reading about your successes...it has been incredibly helpful to me whenever I have had a question. I thought that it was maybe time to join in...everyone is so supportive, it is refreshing and encouraging.

Me too Debbiedoo!......I am new myself and have found this site to be much refreshing and supporting just by reading others posts. Virtually every question I have had I have been able to answer here. Nice to have others to discuss my newly found lifestyle with. Thanks!!! :thup:
