Can anyone tell me how much Splenda is in a packet - you can only get big jars in England and lots of the recipes use packets.?

I just measured it out. It is 1.25 ml or 1/4 teaspoon.

1 packet of Splenda is two teaspoons worth of sweetness - so It depends on how your splenda measures. (The bulk granular stuff measures spoon for spoon with real sugar, so if a recipe called for 2 packets, you'd measure out 4 teaspoons)
