Does anyone have the carb counts on almond flour. I bought it in bulk with no nutritional information. Thanks

Hi Steph!

According to Bobsredmill.com, 1/4 cup of Almond meal has 6 grams of carb and 3 grams of fiber making it 3 grams effective carb total. :)

You need to watch the Bob's Red Mill brands, I love their taste and variety, but they sometimes list NET carbs in the carbs line instead of TOTAL carbs. I found this out the hard way with their flaxseed meal! Hmpf - wish they would tell you NET carbs - it really gets confusing.

fitday.com shows 1 cup of almonds, roasted without salt has

Total Carbohydrate 26.62g 9%
~~~ Dietary Fiber 16.28g
for a net count of 10.34 gm per cup (= 2.59 gr. per 1/4 cup. And that agrees pretty closely with Lisa N's report from the package.
