I'd really be interested in keeping one of those journals that everyone has, but I don't know how to get one. Can anyone help??

Go to the main low carb support forum (link at the top), then go to Journals R-S, start a new Discussion and that's your journal ;)
It will automatically put a Journal Icon at the top of all your pages between your username and "new posts".
