hi,

i've been looking at recipes and i've noticed protein powder quite a bit. i've no idea how to choose a type or brand. there's whey and soy, and all these different types. seems like it could get expensive really fast. anyone used a brand they really liked?

Hi there

I use the Whey Gourment PP (http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/pvl/whey.html) and love the taste of it:)

Hi,

I have the Optimum Whey Protein - Vanilla too and it's great to cook with. My b/f was in a bodybuilding competiton and we found a LOT of ways to cook/use protein with litttle/no carb. We've tried a BUNCH of different kinds and found that this one breaks down very well (no lumps) and the vanilla flavour is an added bonus.

Nicole :)
