Just wondering if anyone has noticed that they can taste foods better? I've been doing Atkins for 3 weeks now and have noticed that vegetables taste sweet to me. Prior to Atkins, I would have thought cucumber was a very bland food but, now its like eating a sweet. I've noticed this with other LC Induction foods and I am pleasantly surprised. I think I was so caught up in highly processed HC foods that natural food items tasted bland. What a revelation! haha

Yep, I've noticed that too. Flavors just seem to be "more" - things taste better in general. It almost like the carbs have dulled our taste buds!
