from the total carbs? Reeses miniatures has 23 g carbs, 1 fiber and 19 lactitol. Is this 3 carbs or (gulp) 22. Saying a silent prayer that it's 3.

BTW...for info on sugar alcohols go to the orange bar at the top of the page and click on low-carb tips then click on sugar alcohols. Interesting reading...

Some folks are sensitive to sugar alcohols and will experience a stall. Enjoy in moderation if you are one of the fortunate!
