[FONT=Comic Sans MS][SIZE=4][COLOR=Indigo] Hey guys, quick question about Atkins products. I've started eating the advantage bars and the shakes, and I know they say there's only 1-2 grams of net carbs, but the other 15-16 grams of carbs really don't effect your body at all? No weight gain? Please help, cuz if they do, I need to cut them out PRONTO!!! Thanks! :yay:

Ditch the bars. Many people stall in their weight loss because of them. After induction, I use them occasionally but the sugar alcohols sure set my digestive system moving .... The shakes I think are OK, but "real" food is better.
