This is a wpnderful resource - thank you.

I've been low carbing for over a year now - lost about 2/3 of my goal - the last bit is proving harder. I'm celiac, so a lot of the branded low carb goods aren't suitable for me, but on the other hand I had less to give up as I do NOT miss the gluten free breads and pastas!

for the past 3 months my weight has just yo-yoed around without any net loss, so I've found fitday (thanks to your site) and I'm gettign the discipline back.

Any info on gluten free low carb resources would be really appreciated

Hi Fiona. Welcome aboard. :wave:

There are many LCers who avoid grains. :thup: I don't think you'll find specific gluten-free LC resources because it tends to be "replacement" foods that contain gluten - breads, etc. Do browse the Kitchen forums for recipes. :idea: You'll find plenty!
