Finally am comfortable enough to post here. :)

I am calling these photos Before and During, as I really enjoy the Way of Life aspect of Atkins. Since i plan to continue this way of eating for life, it makes no sense to me to have an "After" designation. :)

Congrats. Keep up the great work!

I've gone from 265 to 242 in 42 days. My goal is 185. It's super to see other's success on here. I'm not comfortable with before/during pictures just yet. Maybe when I've lost 50 pounds. Again, a million congrats...

Your before and after pictures have motivated me so much. I have just recently started up AGAINon a carb free diet. After finding this website spending hours reading and reading I am now so very very excited.

I'm six feet tall, also. Your progress really encourages me. A million congrats!

I'm at 227 now. (Starting with a miserable 265 in Sept.) My goal is 185.
