As many of you have read Wasa crackers are great...if you like the taste of cardboard! LOL

I like to take a can of tuna, chicken, turkey or other meat of choice, (if you are a vegetarian,,,lose the meat! add 2 teaspoons of splenda, 1 teaspoon of vinegar, about 1 cup of finely chopped cabbage and mayo to make a nice spread consistency. I spread this on Wasa crackers and it turns the cardboard into a great combo. Eac cracker is about 6 carbs and the spread is almost carb free depending on what you add. I also add chopped celery or other ingredients depending on your taste. A truly yummy lunch for those of you on the go.
