Yes, this is a great site. :) If you need help, you can go to http://forum.lowcarber.org/images/top_faq.gif at the top of the screen. It's also helpful to read any "sticky" threads at the top of the forums.
There's also an orange bar at the top of the screen with plenty of useful info.

You're obviously doing very well. Good on you!
